Autumnal Potluck (27 October 2022)
Join The Tree this evening at 97 South Street for a harvest celebration: think apple crumbles, hearty greens, and butternut squash. The group, - which works to sell locally -sourced, organic, fairtrade produce at affordable prices, - promises an evening of “gorge food, gorge chats, and gorge people”. Attendees are asked to make a purchase via The Tree shop prior to attendance!
Hugh Bonneville at Toppings (31st October 2022)
This week St Andrews will play host to BAFTA winner and Golden Globe nominee Hugh Boneville. Brought into town by Toppings and Co, Bonneville will be speaking at the Younger Hall about his memoir, “Playing Under the Piano: From Downton to Darkest Peru”. Tickets are £22 and can be bought via the Toppings and Co website.
Welly Ball (5th November 2022)
A true St Andrews staple, the Welly Ball returns next weekend for its 15th annual sell-out event. Flocked to by 2,000 students from across the UK, the event will take place this year at Falside Mill - a converted barnstead located just along the Fife coastal path. The event consists of a black tie dinner followed by an afterparty. Easily one of the most popular - and most comfortable - nights of the year!
WAX Rooms // Joey Mousepads (6th November 2022)
On Sunday 6th November, WAX Rooms - an underground electronic music collective - will be bringing Joey Mousepads to St Andrews for an energetic celebration of all things dance. Mousepads - founder of Glasgow party ‘FAST MUSIK’ - will be bringing her signature high-bpm sound to the cellar of Aikmans. Attendees can expect an opportunity to dance to a sophisticated DJ set which travels through a range of sounds: from oldskool rave, to Mákina, to donk.
SITARA Launch (10th November 2022)
SITARA - the charity fashion show which celebrates Asian culture and diversity - returns for 2023 with a bigger and more ambitious show than ever before. Their launch event at Falside Mill boasts a record number of models, a bigger show, DJ sets throughout the evening, drinks, dancing, and runway fashion. Tickets are £40 and can be purchased via FIXR.
