Employability Week Returns to St Andrews

Employability Week returns to St Andrews this week for its second year. Between 9 and 13 April students will be able to attend talks and seminars given by industry professionals, as well as receive help with CVs and interview technique.

David Graves, the Director of Student Development and Activities went into more detail: “Key note speakers include the BBC Scotland Political Editor Brian Taylor, STUC Depute General Secretary Dave Moxham, the prominent artist and cultural promoter Richard Demarco, as well as our very own Rector, Alistair Moffat.”

Today’s events are going to be held in Parliament Hall. At 18:30, Johnny Lynch, label manager of Fence Records will talk about his work in the music industry. Afterwards, at 19:40, Richard Demarco, owner of both the Richard Demarco Gallery and Demarco European Art Foundation and also an artist, will discuss his work and take questions.
